Welcome to Pustak Verse! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the user or reader ("You," "User," "Reader"), and Pustak Verse ("Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"), which is proudly owned, developed, and operated by Abhinav Giri.
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, purchasing digital content, or reading materials on Pustak Verse, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

To ensure absolute clarity throughout this Agreement, the following terms are defined as follows:
"Platform": The Pustak Verse website, mobile applications, reading interfaces, and all associated digital infrastructure.
"Owner/Developer": Specifically refers to Abhinav Giri, the sole proprietor and developer of the Pustak Verse ecosystem.
"Author": A third-party creator who utilizes Pustak Verse to publish, distribute, and monetize their literary works.
"Digital Content": eBooks, serials, audiobooks, chapters, cover art, and any other digital media available for consumption on the Platform.
"Library": The digital space within your Pustak Verse account where your purchased or saved Digital Content is stored for your personal access.
3. Platform Ownership and Administration
Pustak Verse is the exclusive intellectual property of Abhinav Giri. All fundamental platform elements, including but not limited to the source code, user interface, branding, logos, reading algorithms, and platform design, are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Purchasing, Payments, and Strict No-Refund Policy
Pustak Verse partners with secure third-party payment processors (Razorpay) to handle transactions seamlessly in a single one-time payment:
One-Time Checkout: Readers pay the full purchase amount (book price plus any optional voluntary team support donation) in a single unified Razorpay payment.
Voluntary Team Support Donations: Readers may voluntarily choose to include an optional donation to support the PustakVerse development team. This contribution goes 100% toward maintaining high-performance servers, AI tutoring models, and open-access library books.
NO REFUNDS: All sales of Digital Content on Pustak Verse are final. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of the content provided on the Platform, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase is successfully completed.
5. Content Consumption and License to Read (Digital Ownership)
When you purchase a premium book on Pustak Verse, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Digital Content through your personal Library on our platform.
You may not download, copy, scrape, distribute, broadcast, or publicly display the Digital Content.
You may not attempt to bypass, modify, or defeat any Digital Rights Management (DRM) protocols implemented on the Platform.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (India)
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of India.
